Guest appearance

Des makes this exercise thing look easy. Anyone could do it. Two meals for dinner then macdonalds icecream n chocolate for dessert. Followed by some cake which must be for energy for the up coming workout. It's cool cause the workout only took 4 mins. 20 lazy sit-ups and two and a half girl push-ups. No sweat required or desired. Time to stretch n watch a movie. Next week we aim to increase to 21 sit-ups.
