So here are the revealing photos of the state I've gotten myself into, I'm not proud of it and I'm disappointed that I let myself get here but honestly I am really hooked on food at the moment...
I am breastfeeding but I really don't know if that's a good enough explanation for my hunger because I do get really hungry... I really need to start making the right food choices and I do find that hard because my sweet tooth seems insatiable any tips on how to curb this???
